I cannot see what I am looking for on the website - do you supply it?
Yes we probably do and if we don't we can probably get it! We do not only supply workwear we also stock corporate wear, teamwear, sportswear and leisurewear. Just drop us an email and we will see what we can do.
Do you charge artwork setup fees?
No we do not charge for artwork set up for print or embroidery.
Which formats do you accept for artwork?

Artwork quality - does it make a difference?
Your artwork should be sent at a high resolution. The recommended resolution is of at least 300dpi. We want to ensure the best quality reproduction of your artwork so high resolution is important. If your artwork requires a redraw we will advise you before we commence with this.
Can I use any font in my design?
We have hundreds of fonts we can use for PRINTED text. Embroidered text is more limited due to the intricacies of the customisation but you still have over 100 fonts to choose from.
How big would a large embroidered logo be?
A large embroidered logo would be bigger than 15cm in size or over 25,000 stitches
Is there a minimum order size?
Yes - there is a minimum order size of 8 garments per design. We do this so that we do not have to add setup charges to your order. After your initial order has been placed for more than 8 garments, we can then supply any quantity you require.
Which design positions can I choose?
We offer a wide variety of design positions. For example for t-shirts the most common logo positions are Front Left, Front Right, Large Front, Left Arm, Right Arm, Large Back and Neck Nape. If you have another position in mind give us a call and we will see what we can do.
Do you provide samples?
If you require a sample for sizing or to check the colour etc... you can purchase this direct from our website. If you wish to proceed with the order return the garment/s and it will be used as part of your larger order and the cost of the garment/s will be reimbursed.
Is there a size guide?
Yes - there is a size guide chart for all garments on each product page. The charts are a guide to help you choose the correct size. If you need a more comprehensive size guide you can visit the garment brand website or just send us a quick e-mail.
Do you provide an artwork proof for us to check?
Yes we do. We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your design before we start work on your order.
Are there any application method limitations?
There are certain limitations depending on the customisation type you choose. For example extremely intricate designs with graduation cannot be embroidered, but could be printed. Check out the Application Methods page for advantages and disadvantages for each application method.

If you are not sure what type of application method to choose or if you have any other questions just give us a call or e-mail us and we can discuss which application is best for your design.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on orders over £200. On orders below this value there is a delivery charge of £7.95 + VAT.
When your order is ready to ship, we will deliver it to arrive next day (UK Mainland only.) All deliveries received require a signature for added security, and are fully tracked. We use APC Parcel Express as our main courier but if you have a delivery preference we are happy to use that method.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal.
